Many of our physical products are made to order, meaning production begins after your order is placed. 

Please note that actual product colors and print appearance may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in displays, materials, and printing processes. 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us and provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue.
